1. Scope
This policy applies to Color Jolt and future versions of the game. Color Jolt is a color-sorting puzzle game. The current version does not require an account and does not intentionally collect names, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, or similar identifying information.
2. Data Stored on This Device
To keep the game working, the app stores progress, pigment balance, best moves, daily supply status, rewarded-ad counts, sound settings, and similar data on your device. This data restores play state, shows records, saves settings, and prevents duplicate rewards.
3. Usage Logs and Analytics
To understand stability and improve the experience, we record anonymous usage events such as launch, challenge start, clear, failure, exit, daily supply, repeated supply taps, rewarded-ad taps, ad failures, reward grants, settings, privacy-policy views, and sound changes. Logs may include event name, level, mode, moves, pigment, reward amount, ad entry point, error reason, app version, system version, and an anonymous device ID.
4. Rewarded Ads
The current version uses Google AdMob rewarded ads. Watching ads is optional; after an ad, players may receive pigment. Skipping ads does not block the basic levels. Ad providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, network status, impressions, and clicks for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reward validation, and measurement.
5. Third-Party SDKs
The current version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK for AdMob rewarded ads. Third-party SDKs process data according to their own privacy policies. You can manage personalized ads, ad tracking, and related permissions through Google or system settings.
6. Why We Use Data
We use data to save progress, provide sound and settings, record best scores, grant rewarded-ad pigment, prevent duplicate rewards, analyze level difficulty and game economy, troubleshoot ads or rewards, improve the game, and comply with legal requirements.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not actively sell or rent user data, except as needed for ads, rewards, analytics, troubleshooting, or legal requirements. Analytics logs may be sent to our own service for product analysis; ad-related data may be handled by Google AdMob and its partners under their rules.
8. Your Controls
You can turn sound off in Settings. Rewarded ads are voluntary; you can skip ads and continue playing the core levels. You can also limit ad tracking in system settings or delete the app to clear locally stored progress and settings.
9. Children's Privacy
Color Jolt is intended for a general audience. If a child uses the game, guardian supervision is recommended. We do not intentionally ask children for names, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, or similar identifying information, and we aim to minimize unnecessary data processing.
10. Updates
We may update this policy when features, advertising, analytics, third-party SDKs, or data practices materially change. Continuing to use a new version means you have been informed of the update.
11. Contact
If you have questions, feedback, or requests about this policy or data handling, contact the Color Jolt team at support@neosura.com.
